Situated in a magnificent valley 150 km northwest of Hanoi, Mai Chau is home to the Thai minority people who live in remarkable wooden stilt house. The rolling hills with their beautiful rice terraces are ideal for walking. The verdant and rugged mountain scenery combined with the colourful local population makes this an unforgottable experience. The trip is combined with taking boat trip on Da river.

8:00-8:30 AM :           Pick up from your hotel in center Hanoi and head west towards Hoa Binh to have a quick snack and breakfast.

10.00 AM:       Leave Hoa Binh for Mai Chau valley, about 2hrs away, stop for snapping pictures.

11.30 AM:       Arrive in Mai Chau and have lunch in Mountain View Restaurant of Mai Chau Ecolodge

1.30 PM:         In the afternoon, cycle to explore Mai Chau beautiful ethnic villages including Na Thia, Pom Coong, Lac and Chieng Chau villages. Be welcomed by the friendly local people, talk with them and discover their traditional culture. Take it all in: the spectacular scenery of Mai Chau and the relaxed rhythm of local life.

3.30 PM:         Return Mai Chau Ecolodge for relaxing in swimming pool.

4.30 PM:         Get on the car back to Hanoi

8.00 PM:         Arrive in Hanoi, drop off at your hotel. Tour ends.
